This is a suit on a promissory note. Clifford Zarsky sued C. David Guinn, Lynn A. Noack,1 and others to collect the amount which they allegedly owed to him on a promissory note. The trial court granted Zarsky's motion for partial summary judgment against Guinn for $183,885 principal and prejudgment interest, plus $17,449.24 attorneys fees.
