Allen and Wanda Ard, appellants ("the Ards"), appeal the summary judgment granted in favor of RRS Services, Inc. ("RRS") and Stonewall Insurance Company ("Stonewall"), and the dismissal of their claims against Gemini Exploration Company ("Gemini") and Resolve Drilling Company ("Resolve").
