OPINION

WALKER, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the lesser included misdemeanor offense of Criminally Negligent Homicide following a jury trial on the felony charge of Involuntary Manslaughter. The jury assessed punishment at a fine of $2000, and confinement in the Jefferson County Jail for a period of one year. The jury further recommended that the jail time punishment be probated for a period of two years. Appellant raises two points...
