MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

WOODLOCK, District Judge.

The defendant in this public corruption and obstruction of justice case was sentenced on June 4, 1993 by Visiting Judge Jack E. Tanner, before whom he had been tried by a jury, to forty six months imprisonment, a $15,000 fine to be "paid in full forthwith," and a special assessment of $200 "due immediately." The sentence was executed promptly upon its imposition and the defendant began his term of incarceration...
