Plaintiffs, twenty-six former employees of Banco Nacional, N.A., filed an action in the Superior Court of Puerto Rico requesting severance pay from a bank which assumed some of the assets and liabilities of Banco Nacional after it was declared insolvent by the Comptroller of the Currency.
