This is an appeal by defendant-appellant, Louisiana Insurance Guaranty Association (hereinafter LIGA), from the trial court's ruling which found that LIGA was liable for claims made against Certified Lloyds Plan's (hereinafter CERTIFIED LLOYDS) policy owners before the date that CERTIFIED LLOYDS became insolvent.
