Larry Joe Ramacci pled guilty to conspiracy to counterfeit over $600,000 in United States currency, a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. He now appeals two matters with respect to his sentence. First, Mr. Ramacci argues that the district court was mistaken in including some $240,000 of uncompleted bills in the total amount for sentencing purposes.
