Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment entered for defendants after the trial court granted defendants' motion for summary judgment on the grounds that the facts do not support a claim under ORICO, and because, even if they do, this action was not commenced within the five-year statute of limitations applicable to such claims.1 We consider the latter claim first.
