OPINION

MIRABAL, Justice.

Appellant, Kendall Johnson, asserts the trial court erred in denying habeas corpus relief. We affirm.

Appellant was indicted for possession of cocaine, weighing at least 400 grams, with intent to deliver (in cause number 655,510), and for possessing a taxable substance for which the tax had not been paid (in cause number 655,511).
