In this juvenile dependency case, appellant, the natural father of all three children, seeks review of orders adjudicating the children dependent and placing them in foster care. We conclude that the trial court failed to make findings sufficient to comply with section 90.803(23) of the Florida Evidence Code ("Hearsay Exception; Statement of Child Victim") before permitting testimony regarding previous out-of-court statements made by one of the children...
