OPINION ON APPELLANT'S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

CLINTON, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of the offense of burglary of a vehicle under V.T.C.A. Penal Code, § 30.04. Enhanced punishment was assessed at thirteen years confinement. Appellant raised a number of claims on appeal relating to alleged ineffectiveness of his trial counsel for failing to preserve error under Batson v. Kentucky, 476 U.S. 79
