Andrew Thomas Schroder appeals his conviction for injury to a child fourteen years of age or younger. After entering into a plea-bargain agreement with the State, appellant pleaded nolo contendere to the offense charged. The trial court placed appellant on ten years' deferred-adjudication probation and imposed a fine of $500.
