LOBRANO, Judge.

The defendant, Michael Jones, was charged by bill of information with armed robbery and attempted first degree murder, violations of LSA-R.S. 14:64 and LSA-R.S. 14:27, 14:30. A jury found the defendant guilty of armed robbery and attempted manslaughter. He was sentenced to fifteen years at hard labor on each count with the stipulation that the sentence for the armed robbery conviction is to be served without benefit of parole, probation or suspension...
