Bearle G. Dean and Maxine J. Dean appeal the trial court's judgment in a condemnation action initiated by the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission. The Deans complain that the trial court erroneously permitted the jury to consider evidence that the Deans probably would have had to dedicate part of the condemned land to Raymore anyway for right-of-way....
