Brian and Anna Nissell appeal a summary judgment in favor of Ticor Title Insurance Company of California, Inc. (Ticor). The judgment granted foreclosure of a dissolution lien on the Nissell property. We affirm.

In 1980, the Pacific County Superior Court dissolved the marriage of Inge and Ted Puckett. It awarded the family home on Duryea Street to Inge and "a specific lien in the amount of $8,000 against" the property to Ted. The dissolution decree...
