Following a bench trial, defendant DaJuan Banks appeals his convictions on eight counts, i.e., three counts of aggravated battery with a firearm, three counts of aggravated discharge of a firearm, one count of armed violence and one count of aggravated battery. Defendant was sentenced to concurrent prison terms of 20 years for aggravated battery with a firearm and armed violence, 15 years for aggravated discharge...
