In this appeal, we are asked to determine whether Petitioner Christopher E. Parrison was properly convicted of the use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence, where the weapon used during the commission of the crime was an altered shotgun having one barrel measuring approximately fifteen and three-eighths inches in length and an overall length of approximately twenty-six and three-eighths inches.
