Glynn Wyatt pleaded guilty to possessing more than 100 marijuana plants with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(B), and 846. The district court1 departed from the 108-135 month Guidelines range based on the government's departure motion filed under U.S.S.G. § 5K1.1 and 18 U.S.C. § 3553(e), and sentenced Wyatt to 60 months imprisonment and four years supervised release...
