Appellee-defendant City Council passed a municipal ordinance regulating adult entertainment on premises which were licensed to sell, serve or dispense alcoholic beverages. Contending that the ordinance was unconstitutional, appellant-plaintiffs brought suit to enjoin its enforcement.
