This is an appeal from criminal convictions on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, fleeing, and refusal to submit. The appellant, James Quincy Cummings, was sentenced to thirty-five years for possession, thirty days for fleeing, and ninety days for refusal to submit, with the latter two sentences to run concurrently with the first.
