Oglethorpe Power Corporation ("Oglethorpe") condemned an easement on 3.1 acres of land owned by B. R. Lewis pursuant to its power of eminent domain. At trial, over Oglethorpe's objection, the court allowed Lewis's valuation expert to testify the highest and best use of the property was for assemblage with two other parcels belonging to different owners.
