Appellee, Clyde Edward Hopson, filed a petition for expunction of certain criminal records pertaining to him, pursuant to Tex. Code Crim.Proc.Ann. art. 55.01 (Vernon Supp.1994). He requested that appellant, the Harris County District Attorney's Office, and other specified agencies be ordered to expunge their records of his arrest for the felony offense of sexual assault, which resulted in his indictment for that offense...
