Southwestern Business Systems, Inc., (Southwestern) sued Western Kansas Xpress, Inc., (Western) to recover damages for a Savin copier which was purchased by Southwestern and delivered by Western. The trial court entered judgment in favor of Southwestern in the amount of $4,027.90, plus $895 in attorney fees and $98 in costs. The court then ordered the damaged copier returned to Western so that it would have the benefits of any salvage value. Western appeals...
