BENCH, Judge:

Stanley L. Wade appeals the trial court's decision allocating property taxes on commercial property he purchased from F.C. Stangl. We affirm.

FACTS

In May 1978, Wade and Stangl entered into an installment land contract (Contract) whereby Wade agreed to purchase from Stangl 6.87 acres of property for $206,100 to be paid in seventy-nine equal monthly installments. The 6.87 acres purchased by Wade were part of a larger 9.63-acre tract...
