This is an appeal by Erwin Charles Simants from an order entered by the district court following the annual review of his commitment to the Lincoln Regional Center (LRC).

This court will not interfere on appeal with a final order of the district court in a mental health commitment proceeding unless, as a matter of law, the order is not supported by clear and convincing proof. State v. Hayden, 233 Neb. 211
