Charles Barry and Twin City Fan and Blower Company ("Twin City Fan") appeal from the district court's1 order requiring them to advance legal expenses to Lawrence Swartz and Marcia Barry Swartz incurred in their defense against claims brought by Sandra Barry Lieberman. We affirm.
