CIRILLO, Judge.

Martina M. Shiflet appeals from a judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Adams County. We vacate and remand for a new trial.

On February 4, 1992, Trooper Ivan Taylor of the Pennsylvania State Police conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle in which appellant Shiflet was a passenger.
