While driving along a state route in Ohio, Mr. Habib's 1980 Chevrolet Citation careened across an opposing lane of traffic and over an embankment, coming to rest on its roof. The February 29, 1988 accident, purportedly caused by a brake and steering failure, left Mr. Habib a quadriplegic...
