MEMORANDUM

LIMBAUGH, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court upon defendant Jack Rone's Motion for Summary Judgment. In the present cause, plaintiff filed an Amended Complaint, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that defendants violated his constitutional due process and equal protection rights by refusing to provide him with contact visits with his wife and by failing to give adequate justification for said refusals.
