VICTORY, Judge.

Latara F. Harris, originally indicted for second degree murder, appeals her jury conviction for manslaughter. For the following reasons, we reverse the conviction and remand for further proceedings.

FACTS

On February 2, 1993, the defendant, Latara Harris, spent the day with her cousin, Laquana Gardner and friends, Makimberly Lowery and Leketha White in and around Harris's friends' homes...
