The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.

Defendant was indicted and tried before a jury on four counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree. He was convicted on all charges. The Appellate Division modified by vacating counts one and two. Defendant's appeal, by leave of a Judge of this Court, is from the Appellate Division order insofar as it affirms the convictions on counts...
