PER CURIAM.

Appellant pled no contest to possession of cocaine after reserving the right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress. We reverse.

The evidence produced at the suppression hearing revealed that while on patrol, a police officer, Bobby Deal, observed appellant's vehicle traveling in the opposite lane with a cracked windshield and the windshield wipers in an upright position.
