Plaintiff-appellant, Lee F. Beardsley, appeals a decision of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment to defendants-appellees, Manfredi Motor Transit Company ("Manfredi"), J. Wesley Trimble, Acting Administrator, Bureau of Workers' Compensation, and Industrial Commission of Ohio.
