Plaintiff-lessor instituted the actions sub judice against defendant-lessee alleging default of a written lease agreement, and seeking, inter alia, attachment of defendant's personal property located on and within the leased premises. Orders were entered by the clerk of court allowing attachment, and defendant twice posted bond to discharge the orders.
