We affirm the convictions of the defendant Joseph O'Brien of the crimes of rape of a child under the age of sixteen by unnatural sexual intercourse (G.L.c. 265, § 23) and indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of fourteen (G.L.c. 265, § 13B), committed upon his daughter Vera (a pseudonym), about four years old at the time of the abuse and six years old at the time of trial.
