Jose Sanchez-Galvez ("Sanchez") and Lozaro Rosario were each tried and convicted for conspiracy to possess cocaine with the intent to distribute and for attempted possession of two kilograms of cocaine. In connection with the same transaction, Juan Colon-Sanchez ("Colon") pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to possess cocaine with the intent to distribute.
