HOUGHTON, J.

Patsy and Steven Jones, husband and wife, appeal from an order terminating their parental rights. They argue that the trial court erred in making a finding of sexual abuse based upon res judicata, and in admitting polygraph examiners' testimony. They also argue there was insufficient evidence to support some of the trial court's findings of fact. We reverse and remand for a new trial.
