Ordered that the judgment and the order are affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant's contention, the People met their burden of establishing that the police had probable cause to arrest him in his place of business. The evidence adduced at the pretrial hearing established that an identified police informant, who was on lifetime parole pursuant to a narcotics-related conviction, indicated to the police that he had arranged to purchase a quantity of drugs from the defendant...
