AGID, J.

John Paul Mierz appeals his conviction on two counts of assault in the third degree and one count of unlawful possession of wildlife as well as the trial court's order denying his motion for a new trial or arrest of judgment. He alleges numerous errors by the trial court and his trial attorney.1
