Defendant, Richard Madura, entered a plea of guilty in the circuit court of Lake County to two counts of criminal sexual assault (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 38, par. 12-13(a)(2) (now 720 ILCS 5/12-13(a)(2) (West 1992))) and was sentenced to concurrent terms of nine years' imprisonment.
