In 1982 plaintiff Loren Holdsworth became employed as a career agent with Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company, FBL Insurance Company, and Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company. These three companies have combined management and will be referred to collectively as "Farm Bureau."
