In these consolidated appeals, Robert Lee Jennings appeals the sentence imposed by the District Court1 after he pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. Paul James Jennings appeals his conviction for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. We affirm.
