MAGILL, Circuit Judge.

Arlene Ramey appeals from the district court's grant of summary judgment affirming the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (the Secretary) determination that she was not disabled under the terms of Title II of the Social Security Act. After careful review, we reverse and remand for an award of benefits.
