The issue posed by this appeal is whether the guardianship court erred in granting authority to the guardian of the person to initiate a dissolution action on behalf of the ward. This case was previously before this court after entry of a judgment of dissolution. We reversed that judgment and remanded to the lower tribunal for compliance with the procedural requirements of section 744.3725, Florida Statutes. See Vaughan v. Vaughan,
