Owen, seeks to set aside the January 21, 1993, order of the Circuit Court of Mercer County that dismissed her complaint based on the defendants' motion to dismiss for failure to state a cause of action under Rule 12(b)(6) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure.
