Kimberly L. VonLinsowe entered a conditional guilty plea pursuant to Mims v. State,1 201 Ga.App. 277, 278-279 (1) (410 S.E.2d 824) (1991), to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. She reserved for appeal the denial of her motion to suppress. We reverse.
