Following a bench trial in the Circuit Court of Cook County, defendants Hernandez Bailey and Darryl Moten were convicted of first degree murder, Ill.Rev.Stat.1985, ch. 38, par. 9-1(1) and two counts of attempt murder, Ill.Rev.Stat.1985, ch. 38, par. 8-4(a).
