B.P. Oil Company (Employer) appeals from an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board affirming the decision of a referee to grant Anthony Patrone (Claimant) 260 weeks of compensation benefits.

Claimant was employed as a pipe fitter, metal burner and laborer at Employer's oil refinery from November of 1942, until November 19, 1984. During his forty-two years of employment Claimant was exposed to loud noise...
