Defendant appeals convictions of five counts of incest, two counts of taking indecent liberties with a child, and one count of first degree statutory rape. He contends the trial court erred by: (1) denying his motion to dismiss four of the charges; (2) denying his motion to dismiss 91 CRS 9418 based upon lack of subject matter jurisdiction; and (3) entering sentence.
