The parties to this litigation, Elizabeth Walsh (Elizabeth) and Earl Walsh (Earl), were married in 1975. Two children were born of the marriage. In 1988, Elizabeth and Earl voluntarily separated and, approximately two years later on June 13, 1990, they were divorced in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. A property settlement agreement dated May 24, 1990 was "approved and made part of and incorporated in said Judgment, but not merged therein....
